Policies:
A mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will be billed separately to properties more than 25 miles outside of zip codes 45440 and 78745.
A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged if the photographer arrives and the property is not photo-ready, access is not provided, or the session start time is delayed by more than 30 minutes.
